Job Title: Expert Social Media Manager for Multi-Platform Setup & Ongoing Content Management to support a book that I will be publishing shortly. (Part-Time) Job Description: I’m looking for an experienced social media expert to set up, manage, and grow my presence across multiple platforms—including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, and other channels popular with 20–35-year-olds. We are building a brand. This is part-time but ongoing work, and I’m looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who knows how to reach and engage a younger audience with purpose-driven, inspirational content. You will not need to create the content—I will provide all copy, video, and imagery. Your role is to professionally handle the rest, ensuring consistent posting, optimization, and community growth. Responsibilities: Set up and optimize profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, and similar platforms Develop a consistent brand presence across all channels Schedule and post provided content across platforms Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when appropriate Recommend strategies to increase reach and engagement Track metrics and provide monthly performance reports Suggest new platforms or content formats based on trends and target audience behavior Requirements: Proven experience managing multi-platform social media for personal brands, thought leaders, or content creators Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior for the 20–35 age group Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple channels Excellent written communication and attention to detail Strong knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or native schedulers) Bonus: Experience with Substack or similar newsletter platforms This is a remote, flexible, part-time role—but I'm looking for someone who takes ownership and brings expertise.
