TikTok Growth Strategist for Faceless Page
We’re looking for a TikTok strategist to help scale a faceless TikTok page. This is not a typical UGC or editing job. We’re looking for someone who has already grown a faceless TikTok account to over 200,000 followers and driven 10M+ views per month, and deeply understands how to repeat that success. This role is performance-driven and long-term. If you know how to drive views, we’ll provide the resources to execute. Your role: -Research and analyze competitors daily -Come up with high-performing TikTok ideas (mostly slideshow or Canva-style formats) -Monitor the TikTok page to track what’s working -Adapt content direction based on data and competitor performance Se-nd idea prompts each day for our team to execute in Canva We’ll support with: Past performance data Internal creative insights Full execution team (you won’t be editing, just strategizing) Ideal candidate: You’ve scaled at least one faceless TikTok to 200K+ followers and 10M+ monthly views You're aware on tiktok performance, data, and viral formats You’re looking for a long-term opportunity (this can grow into a full-time role)
