We are an innovative tech start-up based in the USA, entering an exciting phase of growth as we secure a good amount of funding. We need a financial operations manager to guide us with the most efficient usage of this fund. We already have some tech-heavy projects in the US market, and we have many more in the incubation stages. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a financial plan and budget allocation strategy for the newly acquired funding. - Monitor spending and ensure alignment with the company’s short-term and long-term goals. - Collaborate with founders and department leads to prioritize key investments (e.g., talent acquisition, product development, marketing, infrastructure). - Build and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and burn rate tracking. - Identify potential risks and opportunities in fund usage. - Implement operational systems and processes to support company scaling. - Work with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance with investor agreements and regulatory requirements.
