I run a social security disability law firm. I need help setting up dashboards on databox. We export our data from our CRM to google sheets every day and that integrates with databox. I am looking to get info pushed to me daily on our new leads per day, cost per lead, calls per day to leads, potential new clients per day, and new cases per day, cost of new cases per day. I also need new cases per month, unsigned potential new clients per month, and follow up attempts for unsigned potential new clients. I also need dashboarding on our wins and loses as our cases proceed through the process of applying for disability. Notably, win % of cases for claimants over 55 years old at the initial and reconsideration level, win rate by age group and ssi/ssdi at the hearing level, remand rate at AC level, win rate on AC remanded cases, acceptance rate for federal appeals, win rate for federal appeals, and win rate on federal remanded cases. I also need win rates per attorney per age bracket and ssi/ssdi. Finally, I need processing time between appeal levels for our cases. Sorry I know that is a lot of jargon but I promise to explain it all! I just wanted to get it out of my head.
