Title: Power BI Dashboard for Financial Data with Embedded Web Access Description: We're looking for a Power BI specialist to create a secure, clean dashboard for visualizing financial data already processed and stored in our database. This data will come from monthly CSV uploads parsed and categorized in a custom-built web app. The goal is to keep all heavy calculations server-side, so Power BI only focuses on clean data visualization. Key Responsibilities: Connect Power BI to a SQL-based database (PostgreSQL or similar) Set up row-level security so each customer only sees their data Design a financial dashboard (monthly trends, totals, comparisons) Prepare datasets for DirectQuery or scheduled refresh Work with the web development team to embed Power BI dashboard securely into the web application (Power BI Embedded) Minimize DAX logic by relying on pre-processed data fields Optional Plus: Experience with embedding Power BI into customer-facing portals Familiarity with Power BI licensing options (Premium Per User or Embedded SKU) Deliverables: Power BI dashboard file (.pbix) Embedded live dashboard in web app (or setup instructions) Secure access integration based on user roles
