GTM / Meta Event Tracking Issue

We are looking for a tracking and attribution expert that can help dial in our Meta event tracking. We are having some issues related to our GTM setup for the Meta browser events as well as deduplication of events between server side and browser events. We will need to verify that the data layer events are being properly passed from application to GTM.
