We provide armed/unarmed security, event protection, executive protection, and custom security programs tailored to clients in government, corporate, and high-net-worth environments. ⸻ About the Role We’re seeking a high-performing, commission-based sales closer to convert warm leads into paying clients. You will NOT be expected to cold prospect. Our team delivers a consistent flow of pre-qualified leads daily. Your job is to get them on the phone, build trust fast, present our value proposition, and close the deal. ⸻ Responsibilities • Close pre-qualified leads sourced by our lead gen team (Zoom or phone) • Customize offers and answer questions using provided materials (deck, pricing guide) • Draft, send, and follow up on proposals • Collaborate with CruxShield’s founder and VAs for onboarding new clients • Provide input to improve pitch flow, pricing strategy, and client fit ⸻ Ideal Candidate • Proven experience closing B2B, government, or security contracts ($5K–$100K+) • Confident, articulate, and persuasive on Zoom or phone • Able to build trust quickly and handle objections smoothly • Self-driven, independent, and resilient • Familiarity with security, facilities, or federal contracting is a plus ⸻ Commission Structure • 10–15% commission on closed deals • Typical contract value: $5,000 to $100,000+ • Close 2–3 deals/month = $2,000–$10,000+ in monthly commission • Bonus tiers for volume or retained clients Example: Close a $20,000 one-time project = $2,000 payout Close a $60,000/year monthly retainer = $6,000 commission (or residual if desired) ⸻ Time Commitment • Flexible hours, but availability during EST business hours is a plus • 10–20 calls/month initially
