We’re a fast-growing real estate investment firm with over $1B in assets under management. Our mission is to connect accredited investors with high-quality, institutionally managed real estate opportunities. We’re hiring a part-time Appointment Setter to support our investor outreach efforts. This is a fully remote position for someone with experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, and investor communication. Your job will be to call inbound leads, qualify them, and book calls for our investment team. We currently have a backlog of over 500 semi-warm leads. If you can confidently speak with investors and consistently book appointments, you’ll have momentum from day one. Responsibilities: Call all inbound and marketing-generated leads (goal: 100–200 calls/day) Qualify prospects and schedule Zoom/phone appointments Maintain CRM records and follow-up notes Represent the company with professionalism and clarity Requirements: 2–3 years experience in outbound calling or appointment setting Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals and investors Strong phone presence and follow-up discipline Prior experience in real estate, finance, or investor relations is a plus Must be highly self-motivated and organized Compensation: Base pay Uncapped commissions on appointments booked and closed Performance bonuses available Other Info: Flexible hours (daytime availability preferred) Must have access to quiet work environment and reliable internet connection Training provided on company pitch and investor offerings If you’re looking for a part-time role with a performance-driven bonus structure, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving team.
