Ongoing Managed IT Services for Hybrid Microsoft + Azure Environment
Design 2147, a NYC-based consulting firm, is seeking a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) to provide subscription-based monthly support for approximately 25–30 users across a hybrid environment. Our systems include Azure-hosted servers (SQL, RDS, DC), Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune), QuickBooks Online, Power BI, and a VOIP setup (WeConnect). We require a vendor with demonstrated experience in supporting small to mid-sized hybrid environments, providing both remote and occasional on-site support in New York City. You’ll be responsible for: -Server and workstation support (Windows 11, Azure-hosted) -Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune) -Backup and DR support using CloudBerry (MSP360), Wasabi, Barracuda -Network management (VPN, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi) -License tracking, documentation, and proactive recommendations We’re looking for a proposal that includes: -Tiered per-user/month support plans -Defined response times and escalation structure -References from similar clients Attached: IT Infrastructure Summary & Full RFP Document To apply: Please share: -Your company overview and experience with similar clients -Tiered support pricing models (per user/month) -Example SLAs and documentation/reporting practices -Availability for remote and on-site support
