Need WooCommerce Troubleshooting Expert
Hello We have a Wordpress website using Woocommerce. It seems to work fine when customers order from the website direct, we have guest orders allowed and don't require an account creation. However, when we manually enter orders and they attempt to pay the invoice, there is a problem where the site is asking them to verify their account first. We cannot figure out why this is. It used to work last year, but now something has changed. Need someone experienced with troubleshooting Woocommerce for Wordpress and it's associated plugins.
