Experienced Paralegal Needed to Draft Legal Charges – Breach of Contract
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented paralegal for a one-time contract project to assist with drafting legal charges against a company for breach of contract, inadequate service delivery, and misrepresentation, stemming from a business coaching agreement. The case is based in the state of Arizona, and familiarity with Arizona civil procedure is a plus. The ideal candidate has a strong background in legal drafting, especially related to contract disputes, and can review evidence to produce a well-structured legal charge document that may be used in future proceedings or handed off to legal counsel.
