I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join my team and help manage customer support, plugin onboarding, and general business organization. My company sells video editing plug-ins, online courses, and creative tools to editors using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. We run a Shopify-based store and have a growing base of students and customers worldwide. You’ll be helping solve customer issues, manage internal systems, and assist with the day-to-day support tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Responsibilities Respond to customer emails about: Plugin installation (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve Studio) Sound effect pack setup or LUT issues Free trial access, download issues, or account problems Troubleshoot issues using existing documentation (PDFs, video tutorials, Discord) Manage Shopify backend: Track orders and license activation issues Update customer records when needed Maintain a support log Report repeated bugs/issues to the dev team or owner Optional: Monitor Discord or IG DMs and reply to basic product questions Help organize assets across Dropbox, Google Drive, or Airtable ✅ Requirements Fluent in English (written support is a priority) Familiar with Shopify and digital product delivery Basic understanding of video editing software workflows, especially: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve Studio Comfortable learning about custom plug-ins and how users install/activate them Tech-savvy and able to follow documentation + SOPs Responsible, trustworthy, and respectful of confidentiality
