Virtual Assistant – Wholesale Real Estate Lead Manager (Sales + CRM + Real Estate Terminology)
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Lead Manager in Wholesale Real Estate. * You'll be responsible for managing and nurturing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting our acquisitions team to close more deals. Sales experience, consistent follow-up, and knowledge of real estate lingo (e.g., ARV, MAO) are crucial. !!!You'll be the first point of contact for sellers and must build rapport, uncover motivation, and move deals forward while maintaining accurate records!!! This is a remote position, with availability required during Eastern Time (ET), 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (Saturday availability is a plus).
