Sales & Outreach Specialist: Help Us Win Orders from K–12 Sports Teams for Custom Fan Gear --- Description: We’re looking for a proactive, motivated sales and outreach specialist to help us connect with K–12 sports teams (football, basketball, baseball, etc.) and win orders for our custom fan merchandise business. What We Do: We sell high-quality, personalized fan gear (t-shirts, hoodies, tumblers, coasters, etc.) for K–12 teams. Parents and fans can order gear with their athlete’s name, number, and team logo, and we ship everything as a group order at bulk pricing. This helps families show support for their athletes while saving money on shipping. We need someone who can find and contact coaches, team parents, or booster clubs, pitch our service, and help close orders. --- Your Role: ✅ Research & identify K–12 teams, coaches, booster clubs, and parent groups ✅ Contact decision-makers via email, phone, or social media (you’ll need to be creative!) ✅ Send outreach messages (we’ll provide templates, but you’ll customize them) ✅ Follow up with leads and help them understand the value of our service ✅ Set up order windows and assist teams through the process ✅ Help us close at least 5 new team orders per month --- You Are: ✔️ A self-starter who can own the outreach process and drive results ✔️ Excellent at communicating in English (written & verbal) ✔️ Comfortable with tools like email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM ✔️ Not afraid to make calls, send DMs, and follow up with leads ✔️ Experienced in sales, lead generation, or outreach (ideally in sports, events, or e-commerce) Bonus points if you:
