Set up Call Center in Go High Level

I am switching our CRM from Salesforce to Go High Level. I need someone to create our IVR. We have 4 sales agents who handle all inbound sales calls and 4 front desk employees who handle all customer service calls. We have 4 main locations each with their own phone number. I would like to use the existing numbers we own in Ring Central and have them transferred over. We also have 5 doctors who do some appointments by telephone and need a direct line. If there are any additional features that you know how to set up that can make us better, I am open to suggestions. Things such as voice ai in GHL, inbound calling queues, outbound power dialers. phone call recording, phone call reporting, live phone call listening for training purposes, are what we would like to have if possible. I need to complete within the next 1-2 weeks max.
