Hello! We work for an American company called PSI (our website is psiexams.com) specializing in certified exams (mostly for the Home Office in the UK - the Life in the UK exam for citizenship, SELT exams for Visas to the UK, etc.). Our company has offices all over the world, including one test center in Sulaimani. Our job is to arrange different types of inspections for quality control - we need to make sure that everything in the test center works well, the facilities of the test center are in good condition for the customers, the employees follow all the necessary rules, etc. One of the types of inspections that we arrange is a secret shop. During the secret shop the inspector needs to take an exam in the test center and pretend to be a simple customer. The main purpose of this inspection: - to observe if the employees of the test center are nice, polite, friendly; - if they follow the necessary procedures and the exam protocol; - if the exam does not have any technical issues; etc. We have a task to inspect our center in Sulaimani. This center arranges exams for Visas to the UK - the exams are called SELT (Secure English Language Test). The whole process will take about 2 hours.
