Proactive Virtual Assistant for Cleaner Scheduling & Client Support

We’re seeking a highly organised and reliable virtual assistant to support our growing cleaning business, Sanitary Cleans. Your role will focus on admin, HR, and light sales tasks. This includes scheduling cleaners, conducting interviews using our grading system, responding to client queries, and contacting commercial properties to generate warm leads. This job currently is not a very time consuming or difficult job as we are currently small, however we aim to grow with a successful candidate. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing communications, able to multitask efficiently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual interviews and assess cleaners using our internal grading system Schedule cleaners for upcoming jobs and request availability Send onboarding and scheduling emails to cleaners Track cleaner hours and maintain accurate records Communicate with cleaners for job updates (ETAs, arrivals, before and after photos & completions) Respond professionally to customer calls, emails, and messages Handle enquiries from potential and existing clients Request internal performance reports on other team members Contact commercial properties to introduce our services and generate leads Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written) Excellent communication and time management skills Previous admin, HR, or VA experience preferred Comfortable with Communication apps Friendly and professional phone manner Able to work independently and take initiative
