Klaviyo Expert Set Up Email Templates and Automated Flows for Travel Business (Shopify Platform)
Description: I run a travel company (BAM Travel Tours) and I’m looking for a Klaviyo expert who can integrate with our Shopify store to set up automated email templates and flows for our trips. We manage around 25 trips a year, each with multiple buses (total of 40 buses and 56 travelers each). We have pre-written email drafts (like welcome emails, trip prep emails, and after-trip thank-yous) that need to be set up as automated sequences for each trip group. Key Tasks: • Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify for order and traveler data. • Create email segments for each trip group (like “Salem Oct 10-12, 2025 Travelers”). • Set up automated email flows for: • Initial welcome email • Trip prep & group contact confirmation email • Final boarding reminders email • After-trip thank you & feedback email • Help us with SMS setup in Klaviyo if needed for last-minute boarding reminders (optional). • Customize email templates to match our brand • Test and ensure emails trigger correctly for each group.
