Executive Offsite
Hi Jessica, I'm a CEO of a software company and am having an offsite meeting for our 10 person executive team - likely in Atlanta or Chicago and likely 9/3-4 or 10/29-30. We'll fly in the day before (people will book their own flights) and have dinner and some fun activity. The next day will be a full day meeting. People will leave around 4-5p for their return flights. We need to find and administer: - Hotel, perhaps with a room block - Meeting space / conference room with basic AV - Dinner and entertainment (e.g., bowling, escape room, top golf) the night of arrival - Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments for the full day meeting - Maybe other stuff I'm not thinking of...
