Real Estate Title Researcher
Conducts a Title Pencil search using the counties Official records, Clerk of the court, Property Appraiser and Tax Accessor sites, in order to input information into the ledger provided along with a summary of the current state of title. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner - Experience with the above; search/examination experience Necessary - Searching of the public records and other search applications to locate title documents affecting title and property - Examine/read title documentation such as deeds, mortgages, deeds of trust, liens, judgments to determine outstanding mortgages owed and ownership - Adds requested data and makes notes in ledger provided -Other duties as may be assigned **There will be a 30-day assessment period. Bonus opportunity will be available based on production in the future.
