Consumer Journey Research - Retail Banking in Japan
We are undertaking research into the customer journey for international payments from specified brands in Japan to the USA. We are looking for a researcher who holds an existing, verified, account for the following brand: WorldRemit IMPORTANT: No login or password information will be requested. No payments will be required. This is simply about understanding the customer journey. I am looking for a someone who can follow very specific instructions; and has a good eye for detail. This is currently a one-off project, with preparation starting immediately but may lead to additional work in this region so your earliest response would be appreciated.
