I want a list of companies investing in commercial real estate in Europe and their investment criteria. The investment criteria are for exemple which countries and locations they invest in or the minimum and maximum amount per investment. We shall provide the list of criteria and also a list of companies we already are in touch with. The investment criteria need to be validated by a person at the company (they cant only be taken from public sources). We will pay per lead. Attached is an excel with the criteria, in red the compulsory ones.
