Design Support for Rise – UI/UX, Prototyping & Web Interfaces We’re seeking hands-on design support to help shape the next evolution of our person-centred healthcare operating system. This role involves working closely with our core team to prototype user-friendly experiences across web and software platforms. Key Focus Areas: UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, accessible, and clean interfaces that support compliance workflows and real-time data capture for healthcare Wireframing & Prototyping: Translate concepts into clear wireframes and interactive prototypes, aligned with our design system and user journey requirements. Website Design: Refine and expand our marketing site to better communicate Rise’s value proposition, improve conversion, and deliver a best-in-class user experience. Design System Integration: Apply and evolve Rise’s existing style guide (Altform typography, brand colours, dot-matrix UI aesthetic) across all screens and components. Collaborative Iteration: Work with founders, researchers, and engineers to rapidly test, validate, and improve designs based on user feedback and system constraints. Ideal Experience: Strong Figma or equivalent tool expertise Experience designing for SaaS or digital health products Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive layouts Confidence in translating complex regulatory workflows into simple interfaces
