What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
I'm the founder of a growing SEO agency and we've recently started building out our ClickUp to manage clients, deliverables, and SOPs. We’re looking for a ClickUp expert who can review our current setup, provide guidance on best practices, and suggest optimizations to streamline workflows. What we need: - Review of our current Folder/List/Task/Subtask structure - Guidance on how to best manage recurring deliverables (content, link building, reporting) - Suggestions on statuses, custom fields, views, automations, and templates - Help with streamlining SOP management and onboarding processes - Tips for client-specific dashboards or reporting, if applicable - Optional: Guidance on integrating with Make.com, Slack, PandaDoc, etc. Our Setup: 1. Each client has their own folder 2. Lists for one-time SEO work and monthly recurring deliverables 3. Subtasks for individual deliverables like blog posts, backlinks, etc. 4. We use Make.com for parts of our onboarding automation 5. Team includes project manager, SEO analysts, content manager What success looks like: - Clear and scalable ClickUp system that anyone on the team can follow - SOPs are well-organized and easily assignable - We reduce redundant tasks and improve visibility across client work - We feel confident scaling to 20–30+ clients without friction Please include: - Examples of past ClickUp work (screenshots or short Looms are great) - Any experience with SEO agencies or marketing teams (not required, but helpful) - Your hourly rate and availability
