Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant or Migration Specialist to lead and execute a full migration of our 60-user organization from Microsoft Office 365 to Google Workspace. This includes mail, calendars, contacts, files (OneDrive/SharePoint), and team collaboration tools. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute the migration of: Emails, calendars, and contacts (Exchange Online → Gmail/Google Calendar) Files and shared drives (OneDrive/SharePoint → Google Drive/Shared Drives) User accounts, permissions, and groups Minimize downtime and ensure data integrity throughout the process Communicate the migration schedule, expectations, and support plans to staff Provide documentation and user training for Google Workspace Configure security settings, backup, and administrative controls in Google Workspace Troubleshoot and resolve any post-migration issues Qualifications: Proven experience migrating small to mid-sized businesses from Microsoft Office 365 to Google Workspace Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Admin Console, Google Workspace tools, and third-party migration tools (e.g., BitTitan, CloudM, Google Workspace Migrate) Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have: Google Workspace Administrator or Microsoft 365 certification Familiarity with SaaS security best practices and access controls
