We’re Hiring a Ruthlessly Efficient Real Estate Transaction Project Manager If you’re a top-tier project manager with elite Asana skills, this is the opportunity to plug into a fast-growing real estate investment business and take full ownership of a critical part of our operation: getting deals closed. This is not a passive or backseat coordination role. You will be in the trenches, driving transactions across the finish line. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Managing 30+ real estate transactions at a time • Coordinating with all parties involved: seller agents, inspectors, appraisers, general contractors, lenders, tenants, title companies, and internal team members • Managing timelines, requests, and contingencies to ensure smooth and timely closings • Requesting and tracking contract extensions when needed • Keeping all project details current in Google Sheets and Asana • Proactively identifying blockers and solving problems before they delay closing • Communicating daily with all stakeholders and following up with precision • Taking detailed notes, updating records, and ensuring no balls get dropped Requirements: • Proven project management experience (2+ years minimum) • Expert-level knowledge of Asana — you’ve built full project workflows from scratch and used it to manage complex, multi-stakeholder timelines • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, DocuSign, Zoom, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ridiculously detail-oriented — your brain lives in timelines, checklists, and follow-up • Self-managed and accountable — you solve problems and don’t wait for instructions • Fast learner — you can pick up real estate transaction concepts quickly with 4 hours of structured training Nice-to-Haves: • Experience in real estate transactions (transaction coordinator, TC, escrow, etc.) • Background in operations or logistics • Prior exposure to high-volume deal flow or fast-paced environments Compensation & Growth: • Starting base pay: $1,000/week • Performance-based bonuses on every deal closed on time • This role can realistically scale to $100K+ per year for high performers • Long-term opportunity with team growth, management, and VA support in the future Who This Role is Not For: • You want to just “manage a board” — this is not passive oversight • You need someone to tell you what to do each day • You aren’t comfortable working in a fast-paced, often-changing environment • You shy away from conflict, negotiation, or tough conversations Who You Are: You’re the person everyone turns to when they need something done right. You love checking boxes, clearing blockers, and staying five steps ahead. You’re quick on your feet, sharp on follow-up, and thrive under pressure. We’re moving fast — if you’re the right fit, you’ll hear from us within 72 hours.
