Technology Support for Small Nonprofit (Google Workspace & Cloud Security)
Introduction & Background Challenge Success is a small, mission-driven non-profit that partners with school communities across the country to elevate student voice and implement research-based, equity-centered strategies that improve well-being, engagement, and belonging for all K–12 students. We rely heavily on cloud-based systems, primarily Google Workspace. Others include Expensify, ClockShark, Stripe, and QuickBooks. Our team of approximately 20 remote staff members use their own personal computers. We currently do not have a dedicated IT professional on staff. The management and security of our technology systems have been decentralized and inconsistent. We are seeking an experienced Technology/IT Security Consultant to optimize our use of Google Workspace, assess and strengthen our cloud security posture, implement best practices, and improve our overall data and software management. We prefer someone available for ongoing support—quarterly reviews, occasional questions, and light projects. See attached Request for Proposal
