Seeking an experienced marketing coordinator to manage projects across social media, content creation, lead generation, and sales funnels. Requirements: - Advanced degree in Marketing/Business/Tech preferred - Expert-level English (C2+) - Extensive AI tools experience - Experience with Monday.com, Zoho CRM, Canva preferred - Working hours approx 6AM-12PM PST, Monday-Friday (later shifts may be possible but this is the earliest start time) Responsibilities: - Coordinate marketing projects and deliverables - Manage CRM and marketing automation with tech team - Support sales funnel and lead generation processes - Schedule social media and content creation - Handle executive calendar management and admin tasks - Hire and manage marketing contractors Must be online and available for meetings/calls during all working hours.
