We’re now looking for a creative, organized, and cannabis-savvy Social Media Marketing Manager to manage content across all our sub-brands. ________________________________________ Role Overview: We're seeking a freelance social media manager to help us build and execute branded visual content, vignettes, and marketing assets across Instagram, Facebook, Dutchie, Sparkplug, and other retail-facing channels. This role will cover multiple TJIM brands ________________________________________ Responsibilities: • Content Creation & Design: o Use Canva to develop branded graphics, carousels, quote vignettes, product promos, budtender spotlights, and educational posts o Adapt assets across Instagram, Facebook, Dutchie, Sparkplug, and more • Content Strategy & Scheduling: o Build and maintain a multi-brand content calendar aligned with each product’s target market and messaging o Strategize campaigns for product launches, dispensary activations, and awareness-building • Writing & Copy Support: o Repurpose brand messaging into social-friendly formats • Performance Tracking: o Report on content engagement and provide optimization suggestions o Stay up to date with social trends in the cannabis and wellness space ________________________________________ What We're Looking For: • Experience managing social media for CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands • Fluent in Canva, short-form video tools, Instagram Reels, and carousel design • Ability to manage multiple brand tones and visual systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Portfolio showcasing brand-focused social media work
