We’re looking for a data-obsessed, performance-driven Head of E-commerce & Digital Advertising for an ECommerce vitamin brand to lead and scale our omnichannel digital revenue engine. This role owns the full digital funnel—from traffic acquisition to retention—across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and all paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads), as well as lifecycle marketing (Email/SMS). This is a high-impact leadership role that requires both strategic depth and executional excellence across direct-to-consumer and marketplace ecosystems. Core Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Oversight Own the performance and conversion optimization of our Shopify storefront, Amazon storefront, and TikTok Shop, ensuring each channel hits revenue, AOV, and ROAS targets. Lead CRO initiatives including landing page testing, merchandising, funnel optimization, and checkout UX improvements. Oversee catalog accuracy, PDP optimization, and promotion execution across all platforms. Paid Media Strategy & Execution Own all paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads) with an aggressive focus on efficiency (CPA, ROAS, MER) and real-time performance optimization. Collaborate closely with Creative and Brand teams to drive creative testing frameworks that improve ad performance and scale. Lifecycle Marketing Lead email and SMS marketing (e.g., Klaviyo), driving list growth, segmentation, flows, and campaigns to increase LTV and repurchase rate. Continuously optimize welcome, abandon, post-purchase, and winback flows based on customer behavior and attribution data. Amazon Channel Management Direct the strategy and execution across Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including product listings, ad campaigns, A+ content, SEO, and Amazon-specific promotions. Monitor Buy Box ownership, review health, and compliance to maintain a defensible Amazon presence. Analytics, Forecasting & Budgeting Set and manage channel-level budgets, forecasts, and KPIs across the digital P&L. Build dashboards and reporting cadences that drive decisions based on data, not guesswork. Proactively identify revenue, CAC, and retention levers across the funnel. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Finance, Creative, Innovation, and Operations to align on marketing calendars, inventory planning, and launch strategy. Provide executive-level reporting and insights to the CEO and investors on performance, key drivers, and next steps.
