We’re looking for not just a strategic RevOps hire, but a hands-on, execution-first Growth/RevOps Operator. You’ll be the architect and executor behind our go-to-market infrastructure - from CRM to automation, compliance, and reporting. If you thrive on building systems from scratch, optimizing funnels, and owning performance end-to-end, this is for you. Responsibilities Set up and manage CRM platforms (Brevo, GoHighLevel or Hubspot) Build and optimize full-funnel lifecycle flows (lead → consult → follow-up) Integrate CRM with Odoo (using Zapier, Make.com, or custom APIs) Automate marketing flows across multiple sources Implement lead tagging, segmentation, and lifecycle automations Launch and monitor campaigns (e.g., onboarding, reminders, winbacks) Set up dashboards and analytics for attribution, churn, LTV, and funnel health Ensure all systems comply with PDPL and other data handling laws Generate monthly reports and iterate on performance data Ideal Candidate Profile Area What We’re Looking For CRM & Automation Proven experience with GoHighLevel, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Klaviyo in B2C environments Toolstack Fluency Hands-on with Zapier / Make, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Stripe, Calendly, Twilio APIs, Odoo Campaign Ops Strong in setting up automations (onboarding, reminders, winbacks, etc.) Tech Comfort Can troubleshoot JSON, webhooks, field mapping, and set up proper UTM tracking Compliance-Aware Understands opt-in requirements, PDPL/GDPR regulations, and best practices for data localization Mindset Operator-first.
