eCommerce Creative Strategist | Static Ads, Landing Pages, Video Ads

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist for our brand who knows that pretty doesn’t always sell. This role isn’t about making beautiful ads for a portfolio it’s about making ads that convert. You’ll be the creative powerhouse behind our paid media engine, delivering scroll-stopping, thumb-breaking visuals that get clicks, drive conversions, and move the needle. What You’ll Do You’ll own the creative strategy from concept to execution. From designing high-performing ad creatives to building out landing pages you’ll ensure every asset is crafted with performance in mind. Responsibilities - Design and edit ad creatives (static & video) for Facebook, TikTok, and more optimized for CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, Hook Rate, etc. - Partner with our media buyer to launch new creatives weekly to test fresh angles and beat ad fatigue - Build high-converting landing pages and product pages on Shopify - Work closely with media buyer to align creative with campaign data - Translate performance metrics into creative decisions quickly iterating based on results Tools You Should Know - Design: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator - Video: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects - Bonus: Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo - Huge Plus: Experience with Google VEO 2-3 and Midjourney to concept and create standout visuals. Who You Are - 2–4+ years in performance-driven design for eCommerce or DTC brands - Fluent in performance marketing metrics you understand why certain hooks work and others fall flat - Able to create ads that stop people mid-scroll and make them click - Obsessed with creative testing, ad iteration, and beating control creatives - Comfortable owning the entire creative process from idea to execution - Detail-oriented but fast you ship often, not just perfectly Bonus Points If You... - Know how to work with UGC-style editing or source creator content - Understand how to use sound, text overlays, pacing, and storytelling to boost performance - Are organized and able to catalog creatives for tracking and iteration This is a performance-first role. You’ll be the person our buyers rely on to feed the machine. Every week, your ads will be the reason people click, convert, and buy.
