Rockstar Account Manager Dedicated To Helping Restaurants Grow

We help restaurants grow using AI, automation, advertising, data, social media, websites — and whatever else it takes. We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic Account Manager who can own client success — not just manage it. Here’s what’s non-negotiable: • You have to actually care. Not pretend to care. Not go through the motions. You need to be able to step into our clients’ shoes, really understand what they want, what they worry about, and why it matters. • You must be available 9-5 EST. • You need to be serious about mastering growth and marketing. Every client is a chance to sharpen your skills. • You can’t be afraid to hop on calls, solve problems, and lead conversations. • You must be able to own the relationship — and take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. • You must be proactive. If we have to chase you, it’s not going to work. • You need strong working knowledge of digital marketing, AI, and automation. (Not “I watched a few YouTube videos” strong — actually strong.) • Ideally, you’re a native English speaker. Bonus points (big ones): • You’ve managed Meta ads and/or Google ads before (and actually enjoyed it). • You know your way around HighLevel (GoHighLevel) and WordPress. What you’ll actually be doing: • Sending regular emails to clients — real value, real insights, real next steps. No empty updates. • Running bi-weekly or monthly client calls to review performance and move the needle. • Getting your hands dirty: posting, tweaking campaigns, setting up ads, optimizing, testing offers — whatever it takes to get results. • Working with a small, skilled team (our “ninjas”) who can help execute — but you’re responsible for making sure things happen. ⸻ Anything else you should know: • We’re a small, fast-moving team. No red tape. No hiding behind emails. No endless meetings. • If you want to grow fast, lead smart, and make a real difference, you’ll love it here. We'll likely begin with 10-20 hours per week and about 15 accounts to oversee, and we'll take it from there.
