Account Manager for Marketing Tech Studio

Studio 107 is a lean, fast-growing marketing technology studio dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and social impact leaders achieve growth through standout content, smart systems, and future-ready digital strategy. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client communications, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects. This is a part-time freelance role (10–20 hours/week) with potential for long-term growth within our remote team. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients • Coordinate internal team tasks (design, content, video, development) to ensure projects meet deadlines • Translate strategies into clear task timelines and maintain on-time delivery • Facilitate weekly and monthly client meetings, including agenda setup and follow-up on action items • Assist with client onboarding by managing forms, kickoff calls, and documentation setup • Maintain dashboards and regularly update clients on project status • Ensure high quality control of all deliverables prior to client review You’re a Great Fit If You: • Have 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success • Possess strong communication skills and excel at following up to keep projects on track • Are highly organized, systems-driven, and detail-oriented • Can manage multiple client accounts effectively and remain composed during shifting priorities • Are experienced with creative and digital marketing projects • Can commit to 10–20 hours per week and remain responsive during U.S. business hours Preferred Experience (Bonus Points): • Notion – for project dashboards and SOPs • Discord – for team and client communications • HoneyBook – for proposals, invoices, and client onboarding • Google Workspace – including Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Drive • Microsoft Teams – for meetings and file sharing • Monday.com – for project tracking (training will be provided if necessary) We are excited to find a candidate who excels in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and can confidently manage client relationships while ensuring every detail is covered.
