The ideal candidate is a pro at email design, understands branding at a high level, and can help us craft impactful weekly newsletters that educate, inspire, and drive engagement among executive-level professionals, especially in the healthcare and long-term care industry. You’ll collaborate with our leadership team to design branded, visually compelling email templates and deliver strategic, well-written content that aligns with our voice and vision. Key Responsibilities: Design and brand custom email templates using platforms like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk, or similar tools Collaborate on weekly content planning and campaign strategy Assist in creating visually appealing layouts, headlines, and calls to action Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and voice across all email communications Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and recommend optimization strategies Maintain segmentation and automation flows to improve performance Suggest creative newsletter themes and audience engagement tactics Ideal Candidate: Proven experience designing and managing email newsletters (please share portfolio or samples) Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, design principles, and conversion strategy Familiarity with healthcare, leadership, or professional services industries is a plus Excellent eye for detail, color, layout, and brand consistency Creative copywriting skills with a strategic mindset Proficient in tools like Canva, Figma, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo Self-starter who can meet weekly deadlines and contribute to long-term growth Project Scope: Ongoing weekly engagement Average of 1–2 branded newsletters per week Potential for expanded work in marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets To Apply: Please include: Portfolio of previous email newsletter work Short description of your design + branding approach Your preferred tools/platforms Weekly availability and rates
