Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist Needed

Job Description: We are launching a high-performance real estate brokerage and are looking for a marketing & lead generation expert to support our daily operations and campaign growth. You must be fluent in English and Arabic, have experience in real estate marketing (preferably GCC/Qatar region), and be skilled at managing inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. Scope of Work: 1. Content Creation Write English & Arabic copy for blogs, listings, landing pages, and ads Create brochures, social media posts, eBooks, and investment guides Design visuals: social graphics, short videos, infographics, etc. 2. SEO & Organic Marketing Perform keyword research (especially local/investment-related terms) Optimize content for search engines Conduct backlink outreach and blog publishing Track organic growth via analytics tools 3. Campaign & Tools Management Set up and manage CRM, email marketing tools, and project dashboards Monitor and report on campaign KPIs Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking links 4. Lead Handling & Nurturing Follow up on leads from website, social media, and property portals Qualify and document leads (hot/warm/cold) Coordinate with the sales team for handovers Use CRM and lead trackers to maintain pipeline visibility 5. Listings & Social Media Management Upload and manage listings on property portals Schedule posts on major platforms Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and chat widgets Ensure all listings reflect accurate pricing and availability 6. Market Research & Reporting Track competitor activity and market trends Provide weekly dashboards and insights Assist with benchmarking, ROI reports, and investor-focused data Ideal Candidate: Proven real estate marketing experience Fluent in English and Arabic Familiar with Qatar/GCC property market Strong digital and visual content creation skills CRM and analytics expertise Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsive
