Looking for a VA to Help with Etsy Store – Product Design + Listing Support (20 Items)
Hi Muhammad, I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who’s familiar with Etsy, Canva, and Printify to help me build out my Etsy store. I’ve got around 20 products I want to get listed (mainly print-on-demand T-shirts and tote bags), and I need someone who can take my ideas and turn them into well-designed, well-optimised listings. I’ll be providing direction on product ideas, themes, and the tone of the designs. I just need someone with the right skills to handle the design work in Canva, set everything up in Printify, and get the listings live on Etsy with good SEO. Here’s what I’m after: • Help creating Canva designs based on my input (quotes, styles, ideas) • Uploading designs to Printify and linking to my Etsy store • Writing solid product titles, descriptions, and tags using Etsy SEO best practices • Setting up correct pricing, variations, and shipping • Publishing 20 product listings, fully ready to go You’ll need to: • Have experience managing or supporting an Etsy shop • Know your way around Canva and Printify • Have a good eye for clean, on-brand design • Be confident writing product listings in clear, natural English • Be able to work independently and communicate clearly Bonus points if you’ve worked with UK-based Etsy sellers or have an understanding of what sells well in the beachwear, seasonal, or funny slogan niche. In total, I’m looking for: • 20 complete product designs • 20 fully optimised Etsy listings • Files saved in my Canva account and ready-to-fulfil listings in Printify This will be a freelance/project-based role.
