Ecommerce Virtual Assistant Needed for Long-Term Collaboration
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our new eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and managing product listings across multiple platforms, uploading and writing compelling product descriptions, handling website updates, and optimizing site traffic. Your role is critical in building implementing smart funnels, automations, website infrastructure, promotional systems, and customer acquisition strategies. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our social media presence, adding products to store-linked platforms, and implementing systems to manage workflows, abandoned cart recovery, and product freshness. A strong understanding of Canva, basic marketing and advertising strategies, and the ability to conduct quick product research are essential. Our short-term goal is to reach $10K in revenue within 2–3 months and continue scaling aggressively—so we need someone proactive, results-driven, and capable of wearing many hats. You're expected to be a results-driven executor with Go High Level experience. This is a fast-paced role, and we need a rockstar who gets it done.
