In this role you are the admin superhero of the company. When things run smoothly and we are helping people and operating profitably, everyone on the team knows you are the one to thank. As an Admin Superhero, you will help us do the job of changing people's lives for the better through the magic of music. Through improving and operating systems you have the opportunity to impact real people and leave them better than we found them. We are in a season of operationalizing many parts of the business so you will be designing and implementing what you create. Expect to get your hands dirty and feel the reward of executing on what is required to get the result. Expect hard work. Expect to be challenged. You will provide ideas for new system and automations, working at the high level in the business to make sure we are asking the right questions, and only optimizing things that should exist. You will grow your skill sets and take on more responsibility as you are able to. I will empower you with trainings and tools to improve your thinking and decision making. You will assume many tasks and wear many hats. You will be expected to accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with ruthless followthrough. To be a successful Admin Superhero, one must excel at both following SOPs, and questioning if there is a better way to do things. Thinking critically as you identify, delete, and create new opportunities for improvements, systems, automations are part of your opportunity to lead in your role. You are a "can do" kinda person who gets the result. You do not hesitate. You mess around and find out.
