We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Marketing Manager with a strong background in jingle creation and marketing planning. This role will play a key part in enhancing our brand identity, planning campaigns, and executing marketing strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate should come from an FMCG or consumer-focused industry and have a flair for creative communication combined with strong strategic and executional skills. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement effective brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement ● Conceptualize and collaborate on the creation of catchy and memorable jingles for campaigns and brand recall ● Plan and execute brand campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels ● Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors for campaign execution ● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide brand positioning ● Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all platforms ● Monitor performance metrics for campaigns and suggest optimization strategies ● Support new product launches with impactful branding ideas and assets Requirements: ● Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or advertising (FMCG or consumer goods industry preferred) ● Proven ability to create or direct audio branding and jingles ● Strong planning, communication, and project management skills ● Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning ● Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field
