Guest Communication Specialist - Hospitable Platform Co-Host Oklahoma | Remote Position Position Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Guest Communication Specialist to manage all guest interactions through our Hospitable platform. This role is crucial for maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication across our 37+ properties throughout Oklahoma. Key Responsibilities Daily Communication Management: Monitor and respond to guest messages on Hospitable within 15 minutes to 2 hours (8 AM - 1 AM CST) Handle pre-arrival, mid-stay check-ins, and post-checkout communications Manage guest inquiries across multiple booking platforms (primarily Airbnb - 90% of bookings) Screen new guests by asking appropriate questions and setting clear expectations Guest Experience Excellence: Provide personalized responses while maintaining our professional, friendly tone Troubleshoot guest issues and coordinate with team when needed Send automated messages using Hospitable templates for booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and thank-you notes Handle emergency situations and after-hours guest support
