What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re a small remote team and our internal operations have slowly spiraled into chaos. Tasks are scattered, tool overlap is out of control (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Drive), and nobody’s really sure who owns what anymore. We’re looking for someone to step in, take stock of the situation, and help us clean it up. This isn’t a full systems overhaul — we just want a second brain to help us untangle the mess, spot where we’re tripping over ourselves, and suggest improvements. You’ll be reviewing: - Our ClickUp task boards - Internal docs and processes in Notion - Project communications in Slack - A few scattered SOPs and planning docs in Google Drive What we need: - Someone comfortable navigating ambiguity - Able to quickly identify friction in workflows - Strong communicator who can explain fixes clearly - Bonus if you can map things visually (Miro, Lucidchart, etc) We’re not expecting miracles. We just want clarity.
