We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Setter / Cold Caller to join our team at Scale Selling, a results-driven marketing company based in Toronto, Canada, with a growing franchise network across North America. Who We’re Looking For: You’re a confident speaker and persistent prospector who thrives on booking qualified appointments with small-to-medium business owners. You have a strong work ethic, clear phone presence, and ideally experience in: Sales and cold outreach Lead generation or appointment setting CRM tools (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus) Marketing or digital services (bonus) Role Responsibilities: Cold call leads provided to you and introduce our services Qualify prospects and book them into strategy sessions with our senior marketing consultants Follow scripts (while adding your personality!) Record notes in our CRM and work with our team to close deals Maintain daily KPIs and reporting
