Inbound & Community Sales Dev Rep (Social media channel, facebook groups, Reddit SDR/BDR)
We’re looking for a proactive, self-driven sales-minded professional to help us attract high-quality leads from social platforms and online communities (think Reddit, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, etc.). This isn’t cold outreach—our best leads come inbound through search and organic interest. Your role is to find and engage where those conversations are already happening, talk about our solution there with the goal to bring in qualified prospects, and spot opportunities before we ask. You’ll thrive in this role if: • You don’t need a daily to-do list—you understand the goal and run with it • You’re always two steps ahead • You love jumping into communities and finding real conversations worth joining • You can come back with ideas and results, not just reports • You care about lead quality, and what's happening with them not just volume We’ll support you with clear positioning, examples of what works, and a responsive team—but we’re not here to micromanage.
