Lead Generation - UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Freelancer to support our business development efforts in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads by targeting key decision-makers in organizations across various industries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Database Building & Research o Research and build accurate, up-to-date databases of senior-level decision-makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, Founders, Directors, and other key executives in UAE based companies. o Develop separate contact lists for HR Managers/Directors and Heads of IT/Technology, aligned with campaign objectives. 2. Lead Identification & Qualification o Identify target companies based on size, industry, and location using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and local UAE business directories. o Pre-qualify leads by verifying decision-making authority, relevance to offerings, and organizational fit. 3. Email & LinkedIn Outreach Preparation o Support the creation of outreach lists and messaging for cold emailing or LinkedIn connection campaigns. o Ensure accuracy and personalization in lead data to improve response rates. Qualifications: • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the UAE/GCC region • Strong research and data mining skills • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email scraping tools, and Excel/Google Sheets • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) • Excellent communication and organizational skills
