Looking for someone to help me file an appearance for me for family law court in Chicago, Illinois. Looking for someone to draft motions and help me file them. Here are a few of the motions I would like to file : I would like to file a motion to remove the guardian Ad Litem for a breach of duties - negligence being one of them. I would like to file a PETITIONER’S MOTION IN LIMINE TO BAR UNSUBSTANTIATED HEARSAY TESTIMONY OF WITNESSES As well as a motion for PETITIONER’S MOTION IN LIMINE TO BAR OPINION TESTIMONY OF RESPONDENT’S RULE 213(F)(1) AND (F)(2) WITNESSES As well as a few other motions, my trial date is June 10, 2025 so time is of the essence
