We are preparing to launch a Micro SaaS product in the business productivity space and are looking for an experienced professional to help us finalize a Business Plan and Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy. What We Need: We have a ready-to-launch MVP and a clear idea of the core value proposition. We now need someone who can: Refine and structure a compelling business plan (including market analysis, revenue model, financial projections, and milestones) Develop a detailed go-to-market strategy, covering positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segments, acquisition channels, and launch plan Deliverables: Executive summary Investor-ready business plan (PPT or PDF) Detailed GTM strategy (including channel plan, marketing budget, and timelines) Optional: Light pitch deck support (if you have experience) Ideal Skills: Experience with SaaS startups, particularly Micro SaaS Strong understanding of B2B or productivity-focused tools Business analysis, strategic planning, and marketing expertise Excellent written communication and presentation skills How We Work: We’re a lean, remote-first team with fast feedback cycles. Communication via Slack or Zoom preferred. This is a one-time project, but future collaboration is possible if we’re a good fit.
