Graphic Designer / Production Artist

We're a fast-growing software company in the sports industry. We need some help with digital design as we build out marketing campaigns, social campaigns, and website projects. We're looking for a skilled freelance graphic designer who "gets us" and can help bring our social and website content to life. ** WHAT YOU'LL DO ** - Design visual assets that elevate B2B social content (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) - Create graphics that support thought leadership posts and product storytelling, including blogs, press and webinars - Build clean, professional visuals that follow brand guidelines and resonate with sports industry decision-makers - Translate content ideas into carousel graphics, stat cards, pull-quote images, animated slides, and animated GIFs - Concept and execute ideas that make our social posts scroll-stopping without being flashy or gimmicky - Deliver layered source files for edits, plus optimized assets for each platform ** YOU ARE ** - Experienced in creating branded content for B2B audiences, preferably with experience working with software or SaaS companies - A sports fan. Our target audience is primarily sports tournament organizers, pro teams and leagues. - Skilled in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and editorial-style design - Strong eye for professional but energetic brand aesthetics—modern, minimal, bold - Able to follow brand guidelines while offering creative insight and suggestions - Experienced with LinkedIn and Instagram formats, and understands how to design for engagement - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, or similar tools - Are organized - GREAT at communicating, and always hit the deadlines you agree to ** PROJECT SCOPE ** This is ongoing work, with weekly content drops and against a monthly editorial calendar. We expect projects to increase in size and scope as we grow.
