What We're Looking For: A visual thinker who thrives on crafting scroll-stopping ad designs. Someone who doesn’t need a 3-page brief to get started. You enjoy sitting at the (virtual) table with strategists and copywriters to shape campaigns that work — from idea to execution. A deep understanding of different platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how creative should adapt across them. Comfortable discussing campaign goals, audience insights, and platform nuances — and turning that into killer visuals. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with our team to brainstorm ad concepts and directions. Design eye-catching, high-converting static and motion ads for paid social campaigns. Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with performance goals. Occasionally help define visual direction for new campaign ideas. Ideal For: Designers who: Are confident, collaborative, and love contributing ideas. Have experience with paid ads (bonus if you’ve worked with performance marketers or growth teams).
