Structural Engineer for Commercial Building Foundation Design
Licensed Texas Structural Engineer Needed for Commercial Foundation Design & Site Visits (40x60 ft Building) Description: We are seeking a licensed structural engineer in the state of Texas to provide foundation design services for a commercial building (approx. 40 ft x 60 ft). The scope of work includes: Scope of Work: • Design the foundation for a single-story commercial structure in compliance with Texas codes and local regulations. • Provide stamped engineering drawings suitable for permit submission and construction. • Coordinate with our architect and contractor to ensure compatibility with building design and site conditions. • Conduct two site visits: o One prior to concrete pour (to inspect formwork, rebar, etc.) o One after project completion (final inspection/report) Requirements: • Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas • Proven experience with commercial foundation design • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with project team • Must be able to travel to the project site (please include your availability and location proximity in your proposal). All travel expenses will be paid including flight, hotel and rental.
